Special Education Teacher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Facilitate specific course content in a virtual setting

• Offer instruction, assistance, and mentorship

• Work in partnership with parents and relevant service personnel

• Create compliant IEPs and progress reports

• Keep a record of all communications with parents and student interventions

• Evaluate student data to recommend necessary remediation and enrichment

• Bachelor's degree

• Valid state teaching license

• Ability to pass the required background check

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
