Special Education, K-12 Math Tutor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide math tutoring to students in grades K–12

• Deliver personalized instruction customized to meet each student's academic requirements

• Work collaboratively with fellow educators to improve student learning outcomes

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid Special Education State Teacher Certification

• Availability of 4–6 hours per week for tutoring sessions

• Up-to-date background clearances: FBI, PA State Police, and Child Abuse (obtained within the last year)

• Mandated Reporter Certificate required

• Recent TB Test results necessary

• Completion of Act 24, Act 168, and other mandated state forms

• Compassionate, responsible, and focused on student-centered learning

• Energetic, enthusiastic, and dedicated to fostering student success

• Prior experience (1-3+ years in teaching or tutoring preferred)

• Proficient in working with students across diverse academic levels and needs

• Strong communication skills and a reliable team player
