Spatial Data Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create designs utilizing computer-aided design/drafting tools and software.

• Develop and uphold a well-structured filing system for As-Built Drawings.

• Transform existing construction drawings into CAD format.

• Liaise with Project Management, Space Planning, and Move Management concerning CAD requirements.

• Produce reports and analyses regarding space utilization.

• Oversee and report on space allocation data, encompassing business presence and archiving.

• Track space allocation data and modifications.

• Provide allocation data according to the client’s Space Allocation Process.

• Set core program standards for global space naming conventions, allocation model application, drawing standards, and reporting protocols.

• Cultivate collaborative relationships and direct the development of roles and responsibilities with partners.

• Implement a governance program and data quality assurance reporting for consistency across the global portfolio.

• Supervise the execution of the client space allocation model and the delivery of reporting.

• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) and global system administrator for client space data management.

• Facilitate CAFM system integration initiatives.

• Suggest process enhancements and performance improvements.

• Provide training for users on the system.

• Advise and assess recommendations for operational efficiency, service delivery, cost reduction, and innovative service advancements.

• Mentor space team leadership in space planning and FF&E solution development.

⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS degree or a comparable mix of education, training, and experience in Architectural Technology, Space Planning, Space Data Management, Data Analytics, or Occupancy Planning.

• Four to eight years of experience in a corporate real estate setting.

• Strong understanding of drafting methodologies.

• Familiarity with construction and furniture-related terminology.

• Proficiency in CAD/CAFM software.

• Knowledge of methodologies and calculations for generating and analyzing allocation models.

• Capability to establish global standards for space naming, allocation models, drawings, and reporting.

• Ability to foster working relationships with partners.

• Competence in establishing governance and data quality assurance reporting.

• Ability to act as SPOC and global system administrator for a client space data management system.

• Skill in supporting CAFM system integration efforts.

• Capacity to deliver training on space data management systems.

• Ability to guide and evaluate recommendations for operational efficiency and service delivery.

• Capability to coach space team leadership in space planning and FF&E solution development.
