📋 Description

• Perform a high volume of outbound calls to homeowners in both Spanish and English.

• Adhere to provided call scripts while professionally presenting services.

• Assess leads based on their interest and fundamental criteria.

• Arrange qualified appointments for the sales team.

• Keep precise call notes, records, and follow-up actions.

• Achieve daily and weekly goals for calls and appointment scheduling.

• Uphold professionalism, call quality, and compliance with company policies.

• Proficient in Spanish (verbal communication).

• At ease with engaging homeowners via phone conversations.

• Prior experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or roles involving customer interaction.

• Capability to consistently manage high call volumes.

• Self-assured, goal-driven, and able to handle rejection effectively.

• Availability to work full-time during business hours in U.S. Pacific Time.

• Dependable internet connection, headset, and a quiet workspace.
