This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to Spanish-speaking homeowners.
• Utilize provided call scripts to professionally present company services.
• Assess leads based on interest and fundamental criteria.
• Arrange appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
• Keep precise records of call notes, outcomes, and documentation.
• Achieve daily and weekly targets for calls and appointment-setting.
• Ensure call quality, professionalism, and adherence to guidelines.
• Proficient in Spanish (verbal communication).
• At ease with conversing with homeowners via phone.
• Prior experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or customer service roles.
• Capability to manage high volumes of calls consistently.
• Self-assured, goal-driven, and able to handle rejection.
• Availability to work full-time during U.S. Pacific Time business hours.
• Dependable internet connection, headset, and a quiet workspace.
