Spanish Speaking LPN / LVN

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in enrolling patients in our RTM (Remote Therapeutic Monitoring) or Chronic Care Management (CCM) programs utilizing Flagler’s portal.

• Conduct daily calls and send text messages to patients to record their health status and maintain engagement.

• Help in gathering and documenting patient health information, including medical histories, current health status, and new symptoms.

• Provide support to patients by sharing health tips (such as stretches, meditation videos, and light exercises).

• Ensure strict confidentiality while handling patient information, in compliance with HIPAA regulations and company policies.

• Engage in continuous company training and participate in regular check-ins.

• Valid certification as an LPN.

• Over 3 years of experience in an office or remote setting.

• Proficient with technological tools like Zoom, Slack, and online enrollment platforms.

• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to handle multiple tasks effectively.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, emphasizing empathy and patient care.

• Capability to work independently in a remote environment, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation.

• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and dedication to safeguarding patient privacy.
