This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Delivering exceptional customer service through phone, email, and social media platforms.
• Addressing customer concerns and ensuring timely delivery of tickets and payments for both buyers and sellers.
• Guiding customers on guarantees, fulfillment support, refunds, payments, purchases, and account-related issues.
• Upholding high individual and team performance standards.
• Acting as a community representative for the Client’s partners.
• Previous experience in customer service across various channels is essential.
• Bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish is mandatory.
• Experience dealing with demanding customers and familiarity with British services is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IT and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities in both English and Spanish.
• Openness and flexibility to work 8-hour shifts (including a 1-hour break), with availability for late shifts and weekends.
• Operate as independent contractors.
