This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Conducting tests and enhancing Spanish-language voice AI agents
• Offering customer support for live operations during US business hours (Pacific Time)
• Analyzing call recordings, transcripts, and AI interactions
• Detecting language, pronunciation, conversational, and workflow challenges
• Delivering structured feedback to elevate AI agent performance
• Assisting dedicated customers via email, tickets, and operational requests
• Resolving basic issues and collaborating with internal teams for solutions
• Monitoring customer feedback and relaying opportunities for product enhancement
• Contributing to a high-quality experience for live customers
• Native or near-native proficiency in Spanish (Mexican Spanish)
• Strong command of written and spoken English
• Exceptional attention to detail and communication abilities
• Comfortable reviewing conversations and pinpointing issues
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Capability to work independently and juggle multiple tasks
• Experience in QA, customer support, contact centers, or operations (Nice to Have)
• Familiarity with voice AI, conversational AI, chatbots, or customer service technologies (Nice to Have)
• Background working with US-based customers (Nice to Have)
