This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Handle both inbound and outbound calls
• Consistently provide exceptional customer service experiences
• Oversee customer accounts and offer technical assistance
• Execute application data entry tasks
• Respond to online chat inquiries as assigned
• Understand and adhere to established procedures and policies
• Utilize creative problem-solving abilities
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to evolving projects and updates
• Manage time and tasks effectively, including multitasking and prioritizing tasks
• Engage in extensive self-study, training, and assessments; eligibility for progression through training and certifications is contingent upon passing required exams
• Comply with regulated communication guidelines across all channels
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Complete a background check and drug test within 3 days
• Have a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
• A personal device with a functioning camera is required during the Training Period
• Must commit to full attendance during the paid 3-week Training period
• Require a minimum internet speed of 100 mb/s with an ethernet cable/fiber broadband connection
• Not compatible with mobile internet service providers or satellites
• Not compatible with Wi-Fi internet access or Wi-Fi adapters/extenders (e.g., T-Mobile is not compatible with our internal systems)
