This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Guide participants of client plans through the enrollment procedure

• Offer updates regarding health care and/or pension schemes

• Address customer inquiries through phone, chat, and message center

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma is mandatory

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Background in a customer service environment

• Capability to read, write, and converse in Spanish is advantageous
