Spa Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Ensure the upkeep of the Spa Environment.

• Prepare the workstation and/or treatment area with essential products, equipment, and supplies, as well as drapes, to guarantee guest comfort and safety.

• Maintain appropriate stock levels in treatment rooms without exceeding the established limits.

• Clean, maintain, and sterilize tools (such as nail implements and hot stones) and equipment (including wax pots and steamers).

• Keep the workstation and/or treatment room clean and organized throughout the shift.

• Properly dispose of trash and soiled linens in designated areas.

• Secure all supplies and equipment at the conclusion of each shift.

• Collaborate with Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure the facilities are well-maintained.

• Inform Spa Reception / Engineering of any spa maintenance and repair requirements.

• Adhere to the Daily Guest Schedule and remain flexible to changes.

• Evaluate Guest needs and ask about any contraindications (such as allergies, high blood pressure, or pregnancy) before starting services.

• Accompany guests to and from treatment rooms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a spa esthetician, preferably in a hotel and/or spa environment with a similar company.

• Adherence to professional standards.

• Educational qualifications including a degree, diploma, or certificate in spa therapies and/or beauty therapies.

• An internationally recognized degree, diploma, or certificate in spa therapies and/or beauty therapies is a plus.
