This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• The Sourcing Specialist is tasked with identifying and attracting qualified candidates in accordance with client specifications.
• This role requires a deep understanding of the organization's requirements, engagement with the current job market, relationship building, and screening of applicants to find the ideal fit for open roles while leading the recruitment team for enhanced effectiveness and efficiency.
• The position involves monitoring the recruitment processes' efficiency and effectiveness, suggesting improvements to enhance these processes, reduce costs, and drive efficiency, along with overseeing the implementation of agreed-upon changes.
• The Sourcing Specialist leads ongoing enhancements in the complete recruitment process and integrates recruitment with other organizational processes.
• The role includes proposing and executing recruiting strategies and plans in collaboration with the client to fulfill current or anticipated staffing requirements.
• Building and nurturing networks with various institutions, universities, trade organizations, social media, and referrals from current employees is essential.
• The Specialist conducts searches for qualified candidates through talent databases, network pools, online recruiting resources, media advertisements, job fairs, and employee referrals.
• Setting and achieving recruitment and hiring goals, screening applicants, and assessing whether position qualifications are met is a critical part of the role.
• The Specialist coordinates with external sources regarding hiring activities to develop a comprehensive talent pool for ongoing company needs.
• Completion of recruitment-related reports for management as needed, along with collecting data pertinent to hiring timelines and costs per hire, is required.
• Collaborating with hiring managers on manpower requests and creating job descriptions as directed by the client is part of the responsibilities.
• Conducting in-person and phone interviews with prospective candidates is essential.
• Ensuring compliance with all new hire requirements, including pre-employment and onboarding processes, medical and technical requirements, is mandatory.
• Maintaining a follow-up timeline for applications to provide applicants with timely updates and scheduling final interviews with hiring managers and clients as necessary is expected.
• The Specialist reviews applications and position requests to align candidates with job specifications and conducts reference or background checks on applicants.
• Staying informed about current best practices in recruitment is crucial.
• A degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in Recruitment, Staffing, and Mass Hiring is necessary.
• A comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process, from Manpower Request to Onboarding, is essential.
• The candidate must be organized, results-oriented, and passionate about HR.
• Strong people management skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to meet tight deadlines are required.
