Sourcing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Create and implement effective sourcing strategies to locate and attract top-tier talent

• Develop and sustain talent pipelines to meet both current and future hiring demands

• Perform talent market analysis and competitive assessments to enhance hiring strategies

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to fully understand talent requirements

• Connect with and cultivate passive candidates through focused outreach and talent engagement initiatives

• Evaluate sourcing data and market trends to deliver actionable insights related to talent

• Ensure a remarkable candidate experience throughout the sourcing and engagement phases

• Utilize ATS, CRM, and sourcing tools to efficiently oversee candidate pipelines and sourcing efforts

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in talent sourcing, research, or recruitment within an agency or corporate setting, preferably a CRO

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken

• In-depth knowledge of recruiting research methodologies, tools, processes, and frameworks

• Proficient in using ATS and CRM systems

• Proven experience in data analysis and making research-driven decisions

• Established ability to foster effective relationships with stakeholders across all levels

• Experience in developing and implementing candidate engagement and talent attraction strategies

• Outstanding presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem-solving attitude with a proactive and resourceful approach

• Professional telephone etiquette and candidate engagement skills

• Capability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
