Sourcing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Execute focused candidate searches using LinkedIn Recruiter and SEEK Talent Search to locate highly relevant passive candidates.

• Formulate sourcing strategies based on comprehensive recruitment briefs for positions in Accounting & Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Executive Leadership.

• Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and talent identification for specialized recruitment projects.

• Investigate candidates' current and past employers to assess industry alignment, products/services, functional responsibilities, seniority, and overall appropriateness.

• Compile accurate longlists and shortlists of qualified candidates for recruiters.

• Keep organized and current candidate records within JobAdder.

• Track candidate availability, talent movements, and prevailing market trends.

• Assist with LinkedIn outreach campaigns and candidate engagement efforts.

• Provide support in recruitment administration tasks, including candidate summaries, CV formatting, job postings, and interview coordination as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment sourcing, talent research, or executive search is required.

• Proven experience in conducting targeted candidate searches using LinkedIn Recruiter is essential.

• Experience with SEEK Talent Search and JobAdder is highly desirable.

• Strong research and investigative skills with the capability to evaluate candidate fit beyond job titles and keywords.

• Experience in identifying passive candidates through market mapping and executive search methodologies.

• Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and commercial acumen.

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple recruitment projects in a remote setting.
