This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and lead a global sourcing analytics team that supports GEV Centralized Indirect Sourcing.
• Oversee market research, supplier identification, RFX development, should-cost analysis, bid analysis, and evaluation.
• Develop and implement standardized commercial practices, processes, procedures, controls, systems, and a procurement playbook.
• Manage master data management solutions for the Centralized Indirect Sourcing organization.
• Collaborate with business, finance, and digital teams to uphold business-unit structures, UNSPC taxonomy, financial charter mappings, legal-entity mappings, supplier lists, and spend-mapping tables.
• Refine and oversee spend management tools and data capture initiatives.
• Conduct category-specific spend and savings analysis.
• Provide reporting expertise throughout the Centralized Indirect Sourcing organization.
• Direct category analytics, cash analytics, and the management of preferred supplier lists.
• Spearhead Savings Management initiatives and the GEV-level savings strategy and roadmap.
• Champion the implementation of LEAN principles across the GEV Centralized Sourcing organization.
• Foster user/requestor engagement, drive tool and process adoption, execute projects, and provide coaching.
• Articulate and implement GE Vernova’s future-state sourcing vision through process harmonization, systems simplification, advanced analytics, and digital innovation.
• Lead GenAI enablement, governance, and enterprise capability development.
• Act as a strategic partner to the Sourcing Operations Leader and CPO.
• Extensive experience in Sourcing, Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial, IT, Data Analytics, or equivalent consulting roles.
• Proven experience in directly leading teams.
• Demonstrated capability in managing large-scale organizational, process, and cultural transformations.
• For positions in the USA, a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or a high school diploma/GED with significant experience in the relevant job family group/function.
• An MBA or a Bachelor’s degree in Sourcing, Supply Chain Management, Finance, IT, Data Analytics, or Engineering, or equivalent knowledge/experience.
• Strong background in Procurement processes and system integration projects.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in Sourcing or Analytics within a multinational corporation.
• Proficient with a wide array of research tools and technologies, analytics, and financial analysis.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management expertise.
• Familiarity with external benchmarking to enhance process improvements.
• Proven history of implementing change and achieving results.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
