Sourcing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter to source and pinpoint qualified candidates.

• Conduct outreach to candidates while maintaining organized recruiting workflows.

• Assist in coordinating and scheduling interviews.

• Ensure accurate maintenance of candidate records and sourcing documentation.

• Communicate professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.

• Support recruiting operations and initiatives for talent pipeline management.

• Contribute ideas, provide insightful input, and collaborate effectively with the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong attention to detail along with excellent organizational skills.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Prior experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is mandatory.

• Previous experience in recruiting, sourcing, talent acquisition, or coordination is preferred.

• Legal recruiting experience is not necessary.

• Ability to work independently while also being collaborative and adaptable.

• Comfortable providing constructive feedback and professionally addressing differing viewpoints when necessary.

• Strong commitment to team decisions, with the ability to execute effectively once consensus is reached.

• Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements: Internet Connection: Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps. Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps, capable of supporting work during power outages. Primary Device: Desktop or laptop with at least: Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor. Minimum of 8 GB RAM. Backup Device: Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor and be functional during power interruptions. Peripherals and Workspace: A functioning webcam, a noise-canceling USB headset, a quiet, dedicated home office space, and a smartphone for communication and verification purposes.
