Sourcing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Advertise job vacancies across various job boards and sourcing platforms.

• Identify and recruit candidates utilizing LinkedIn, job boards, and online resources.

• Develop and sustain candidate pipelines for both current and future positions.

• Perform initial screenings to evaluate basic qualifications and compatibility.

• Communicate with candidates via messages and emails.

• Collaborate closely with recruiters to grasp hiring requirements.

• Monitor sourcing activities and keep accurate candidate records.
