Sourcing Pursuits Lead

📋 Description

• The Sourcing Pursuit Lead will assist a designated industry division by crafting innovative third-party solutions and competitive pricing strategies.

• This position requires close collaboration with Sourcing Specialists and Client Delivery leaders to provide comprehensive sourcing solutions that facilitate new business acquisitions, client expansions, and successful renewals.

• Serve as the Global Pursuit Lead for multi-region client opportunities, coordinating sourcing activities across various geographic markets.

• Work in conjunction with Pursuit Leads from other regions to ensure integrated global solutions that uphold consistency while catering to local market needs.

• Keep track of industry trends, competitor actions, and supplier capabilities within your designated sector.

• Offer insights and suggestions to bolster JLL's market positioning and discover new sourcing opportunities that align with the growth strategies of the industry division.

⛳️ Requirements

• Develop, present, and promote JLL’s Sourcing Solution to both internal Sales teams and external Client groups.

• Ability to comprehend and identify contractual terms that affect Sourcing & Procurement; build a rapport with Corporate Legal & Risk to ensure compliance with all contractual terms.

• Review all RFP client documents to formulate a comprehensive Sourcing Strategy, including category-specific strategies, resource models, cost-saving initiatives, innovations, and creative methods to set JLL apart from competitors.

• Engage and utilize the Sourcing & Procurement Platform and Key Stakeholders for assistance in creating a Sourcing Program.

• Analyze supplier cost proposals, financial statements, and other data to assess the reasonableness of pricing and contractor capabilities.

• Negotiate with suppliers to ensure accurate underwriting of pricing assumptions.

• Provide and support responses to clients' RFP inquiries related to Sourcing & Procurement.

• Cultivate a relationship with Corporate Legal & Risk to ensure compliance with all contractual terms.

• Ability to innovate new programs or processes that will benefit both our Clients and JLL in acquiring and designing new business solutions.

• Ensure adherence to JLL’s sourcing and contracting policies, procedures, risk management programs, and ethical standards.

• Collaborate effectively with global counterparts and peers to develop uniform and clear solutions for global clients.
