Sourcing Manager – Software & Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assisting the Global Sourcing Category Leads in the successful implementation of the relevant strategy for Software and Services.

• Overseeing and managing category-wide efficiency and governance initiatives.

• Leading Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and renewals, including complex and high-stakes commercial and contractual negotiations.

• Engaging significantly with senior internal clients and high-level representatives from external vendors.

• Developing and delivering compelling deal summaries and recommendations.

• Maintaining deal pipelines and offering commercial advisory services to key stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree-level qualification or its equivalent.

• CIPS or another professional qualification in Sourcing/Procurement is preferred.

• At least 10 years of experience in sourcing relevant spend categories within a blue-chip environment.

• Familiarity with pricing and contracting mechanisms for global enterprise-level suppliers.

• Proven experience in negotiating enterprise software licensing agreements.

• Strong understanding of commercial levers and legal terms and conditions associated with Software and Services contracts.
