• Concentrate on the efficient and effective procurement of finished goods products.
• Oversee direct material expenditures totaling around $50M.
• Establish, nurture, and enhance robust relationships with key global suppliers.
• Negotiate, execute, and manage supplier contracts along with service level agreements.
• Spearhead the supplier selection process by managing formal RFP, RFQ, and RFI procedures.
• Ensure a high level of service delivery and satisfaction within the SBU.
• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• An MBA or Master's degree in Supply Chain is preferred.
• 5-10 years of experience in Global Procurement or Strategic Sourcing environments.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in category strategy or material field strategy.
• Strong financial and analytical capabilities are essential.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Power BI, and Smartsheet is required.
• Preferred certifications include CPIM or CSCMP certification; PMP certification; Six Sigma or Lean/Kaizen certification.
