Sourcing Manager

📋 Description

• Offer support to Integrated Facilities and Property Management clients as well as internal stakeholders concerning the enhancement of JLL managed services operations and sourcing strategies.

• Accountable for providing market, supplier, and operational insights into service operations.

• Identify and mobilize suitable field resources to implement strategic initiatives focused on construction categories.

• Guide a team of sourcing professionals towards achieving strategic objectives.

• Engage in client discussions and promote advantages for the client.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from an accredited four-year college or university and/or 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or a related field; MBA is preferred.

• Strong interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and analytical capabilities.

• Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively in a decentralized setting.

• Proficient in PC skills, particularly in MS Office applications.

• Ensure adherence to JLL’s sourcing and contracting policies, procedures, risk management programs, and ethical standards.
