This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

• Assist in the formulation and implementation of category strategies aimed at achieving cost reductions and minimizing supply risks.

• Oversee the entire sourcing lifecycle, which includes supplier assessments, negotiations, and contract drafting.

• Perform market analysis and benchmarking to guide sourcing decisions.

• Spearhead sourcing and procurement initiatives from start to finish.

• Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional project teams and ensure effective communication to keep all stakeholders updated.

• Create and uphold project documentation, such as charters, action logs, and status updates.

• Promote accountability among internal teams and suppliers to guarantee successful project implementation.

• Lead negotiations for global sourcing events with significant impact.

• Manage supplier partnerships, monitor, and report on performance KPIs.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Project Management, Business, or a related discipline.

• 4 to 7 years of experience in sourcing or procurement (Capex, MRO, Opex).

• Excellent negotiation and analytical abilities.

• Familiarity with sourcing processes, cost analysis, and contract management.

• Proficient in procurement systems (SAP, Ariba, Coupa, etc.).

• Proficient in English.
