This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Conduct focused candidate sourcing on LinkedIn to identify top-tier professionals in the medical technology, insurance, and employee benefits industries.
• Implement and monitor multi-stage messaging campaigns along with follow-up sequences to ensure high engagement levels.
• Keep recruitment spreadsheets up to date, coordinate interview schedules, and assist with comprehensive recruitment processes.
• Support the development and scheduling of LinkedIn and social media content to improve market visibility.
• Leverage video tools such as Loom to enhance internal updates and facilitate professional communication workflows.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with a high level of comfort interacting with executive-level professionals.
• Demonstrated ability to use Loom or similar asynchronous video communication platforms effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and a proactive mindset towards managing digital workflows.
• A dependable internet connection that supports consistent remote work operations.
• A coachable and self-motivated individual capable of working effectively without direct supervision.
• Previous experience as a Recruitment Sourcer or Talent Acquisition Assistant.
• Proficient with LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Basic design skills using Canva for creating social media content.
• Genuine autonomy in a completely remote work environment.
