• Drive the growth of partners by securing new strategic hotel collaborations and maximizing value from current partnerships.
• Identify, target, and onboard partners with high potential.
• Create customized value propositions to enhance conversion rates.
• Negotiate favorable and tailored agreements (SPA, SVC, exclusive terms).
• Utilize market insights to position unique solutions.
• Execute regional strategic plans and account strategies.
• Analyze customer needs, market demand, and competitors to improve performance.
• Align product offerings to meet partner requirements.
• Enhance the quality of contracts and conversion rates.
• Formulate joint growth plans and identify avenues for revenue generation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally (Acquisition, Commodity, Differentiation, Direct Channels).
• Assist in account transitions and share best practices.
• Ensure the adoption of systems, tools, and standardized processes.
• Manage seamless transitions to prevent disruption for partners.
• Facilitate effective knowledge transfer and risk management.
• Cultivate strong partner relationships and employ consultative selling techniques.
• Assist in crucial negotiations and represent the company externally.
• In-depth market knowledge and proficient relationship management skills.
• Strong commercial acumen and advanced negotiation abilities.
• Expertise in business planning and identifying opportunities.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Understanding of product and revenue management.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration.
