This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.
• Attend to, register, and track incidents reported by sales points.
• Provide first-level support for corporate applications, computer equipment, and communications.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Promptly escalate cases that require specialized attention from other support or development areas.
• Guide users in the proper use of the organization's applications and technological tools.
• Monitor tickets until resolution and closure, ensuring compliance with established service levels.
• Keep documentation of incidents, solutions, and support procedures up to date.
• Technical degree or university graduate in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Help Desk, Technical Support, or Application Support roles.
• Basic knowledge of networks and communications.
• Experience using ticket management and incident tracking tools.
• Experience providing remote support to end users.
• Desirable experience in support for Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Reside in Lima, in districts adjacent to La Victoria.
• Access to payroll with all legal benefits from the first day.
• Company-provided laptop.
