This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Address member inquiries through phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new members and facilitate account setup.
• Handle membership cancellations, modifications, and offboarding requests.
• Ensure customer information is accurately maintained within the CRM system.
• Follow up on customer feedback and reviews.
• Support members with bookings, memberships, and general inquiries.
• Provide exceptional customer service characterized by professionalism and empathy.
• Offer first-level troubleshooting for common member issues.
• Assist members with access, login, and system-related inquiries.
• Utilize remote support tools (such as TeamViewer) as needed.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
• Collaborate with on-site staff when physical assistance is required.
• Compile weekly overnight support reports.
• At least 2 years of experience in CRM Administration, Customer Service, or Customer Support.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Experience managing customer inquiries across various communication channels.
• Ability to work independently during overnight shifts.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational capabilities.
• Reliable internet connection and a well-equipped home office setup.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Background in a membership, subscription, SaaS, hospitality, fitness, or service-oriented business.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
• Basic experience in technical support or IT Helpdesk roles.
• Experience with remote support software (like TeamViewer, AnyDesk, Remote Desktop, etc.).
