This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Concentrate on intricate technical assistance, root cause analysis, and process enhancement.
• Evaluate and resolve complex incidents pertaining to our cloud/archive solutions.
• Conduct root cause analyses and facilitate cross-departmental modifications.
• Continuously enhance our support and operational procedures.
• Act as the main point of contact for IT personnel and PACS teams.
• Oversee services on both internal systems and customer platforms.
• Prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and assist the team.
• Over 5 years of professional experience in technical customer support (1st & 2nd level).
• Strong practical understanding of PACS systems, DICOM, HL7, and IHE.
• Proficient in Windows Server environments and SQL databases.
• Fluent in German (minimum C1) and possess good English skills (minimum B2).
• 30 days of vacation.
