Soporte Técnico N3 – Genesys Cloud CX

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Analysis, design, estimation, and development of technical solutions on Genesys Cloud CX.

• Monitoring of platforms, identifying and analyzing complex incidents.

• Communication and coordination in problem resolution, collaborating in root cause detection.

• Proposals for improvements related to capacity and sizing of the solution.

• Development of automation and creation of scripts for operational optimization.

• Collaborative work with other technical teams for continuous service improvement.

• Participation in identifying new functionalities that enhance the overall support of the Contact Center.


⛳️ Requirements

• Experience: at least 3 years in similar environments.

• Knowledge: Genesys Cloud CX (official certification is a plus).

• English proficiency: B2 level.

• Experience in N3 technical support.

• Analytical skills, autonomy, and ability to resolve complex incidents.

• Availability for remote on-call duties.
