This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.
• Accountable for delivering technical customer support experiences within the Wiz product.
• Take ownership of, troubleshoot, and resolve customer technical concerns by leveraging collaboration, best troubleshooting practices, and transparency both within and across teams.
• Recognize cases that necessitate escalation, whether technically or strategically.
• Develop, oversee, and manage incident management requests directed to product or engineering teams.
• Design and execute scalable solutions that enhance the support offerings through automation.
• Participate in the on-call rotation to provide after-hours, holiday, and weekend support coverage.
• Proficient in Japanese.
• Over 5 years of practical, technical experience in customer support, technical support, system administration, or a similar customer-facing role.
• At least 2 years of experience with Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Familiarity with reading or debugging code in one or more of the following languages: Java, Python, Shell, JavaScript, JSON.
• Skilled in using command-line tools and operating within Linux environments.
• Experience with Kubernetes, system virtualization, on-premise and/or hybrid cloud computing, cloud identity and security systems, cloud monitoring and logging, as well as local and cloud storage solutions.
• Knowledgeable about security frameworks or tools.
• Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
• Quick learner with a natural curiosity and passion for technology.
