This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia.

📋 Description

• Define and present comprehensive solutions from Dell to customers, highlighting products and services, while assisting the sales team in identifying potential applications to fulfill customer requirements.

• Conduct analysis of customer needs and prepare detailed product specifications to support high-end product and solution sales.

• Scope projects and coordinate activities among internal specialists and cross-departmental teams.

• Aid sales personnel in generating demand for products, utilizing a high level of technical expertise to engage with both technical users and buyers.

• Deliver impactful presentations at client locations and support complex accounts.

• Build and maintain relationships with technical teams and IT leaders; assess and validate strategies for selling enterprise and client products and services.

• Ensure the operability of complex product and service configurations within customer environments.

• Analyze and utilize industry and market knowledge to articulate the value of solutions, including the strengths and vulnerabilities of competitors.

• Collaborate with other sales engineers, leaders, and cross-functional technical teams to ensure a consistent approach and application across accounts.

• Qualify complex sales opportunities by evaluating customer technical requirements, competition, decision-making processes, and funding.

• Present proposed solution designs and business cases to customers, prospects, and senior management.

• Understand and communicate the role of third-party partners and channels in delivering solutions.


⛳️ Requirements

• Travel is required as needed.

• Typically requires over 5 years of relevant experience in a relationship-selling role, accompanied by a Bachelor’s degree.

• Broad knowledge across various or related industries, coupled with strong business acumen.

• Ability to leverage internal teams to support selling and customer care processes in enterprise and client environments.

• Strong understanding of how client products and services integrate with enterprise solutions.

• Stay informed about industry trends, customer impacts, and implications for solutions.
