Solutions Portfolio Lead – Cloud and Security

📋 Description

• Create, execute, and oversee technology learning products.

• Identify and curate courses, labs, assessments, and live instructor-led training sessions.

• Take ownership of the performance and advancement of Cloud and Security solutions.

• Track market trends and establish solution offerings.

• Collaborate with Sales on opportunity strategy and competitive initiatives.

• Utilize data and learner insights to evaluate program effectiveness.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of relevant experience in curriculum development, instructional design, technical content creation, or a similar field.

• Experience in defining and launching packaged solutions within a SaaS or services framework.

• A proven track record in developing curricula and implementing modern learning methodologies.

• Experience collaborating closely with enterprise sales to influence and finalize multi-stakeholder deals.

• A comprehensive understanding of the commercial landscape.

• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple programs simultaneously in a dynamic environment.

• Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration.

• Proficient in data-informed decision-making.

• Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering blended learning programs.
