Solutions Portfolio Lead – AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary authority on Pluralsight’s expert perspective, which underpins these offerings.

• Develop solution products that outline the offering, target audience, the issues it addresses, the business outcomes it facilitates, its structure, and key milestones.

• Identify necessary frameworks, messaging, courses, hands-on labs, and program management essential for achieving successful customer outcomes.

• Maintain and communicate a roadmap spanning 12 to 18 months pertaining to your solutions, which includes new levels, variants, and accelerators linked to shifts in the AI market.

• Methodically test and refine solution design through experimentation and data analysis.

• Oversee solution-level benchmarks such as pipeline, win rates, adoption rates, and completion/outcome metrics for cohorts.

• Collaborate with Sales on opportunity strategies, referenceable customer logos, and targeted initiatives.

• Continuously assess and interpret shifts in technical expertise.

• Identify, engage, and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), transforming complex technical knowledge into accessible, high-quality learning experiences.

• Represent your area of solutions with executive presence and credibility.

• Actively engage with internal collaborators, enterprise customers, SMEs, and industry audiences to foster trust and ensure alignment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in defining and launching packaged solutions (beyond just content) within a SaaS or services environment.

• Familiarity with curriculum design and contemporary learning methodologies.

• Experience collaborating closely with enterprise sales to shape and finalize multi-stakeholder deals.

• A comprehensive understanding of the commercial landscape, linking content strategy and learning design choices to revenue growth, customer retention, and the evolving requirements of enterprise purchasers.

• Capability to manage and prioritize multiple programs concurrently in a dynamic environment.

• Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration, with experience working across product, technical, consulting, and commercial teams.

• Data-driven decision-making abilities, utilizing learner outcomes and engagement metrics for ongoing program quality enhancement.

• Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering blended learning programs that merge on-demand learning, virtual instructor-led training, and structured program management into a seamless, comprehensive learner experience.

• Profound understanding of AI technologies and how organizations implement and utilize technology to achieve business objectives.

• Over 8 years of relevant experience in curriculum development, instructional design, technical content development, or a related discipline.

• Experience supporting or working with enterprise customers, with insights into how learning solutions align with business priorities.

• Proven ability to distill market insights into actionable strategies and solution directions.
