Senior AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Responsible for the design, construction, scaling, and optimization of production-ready Agentic AI systems.

• Collaborating and partnering with other members of the product team, including UX designers, engineers, and product managers.

• Documenting, reviewing, and ensuring compliance with all quality and change control standards.

• Writing custom code or scripts to automate infrastructure, monitoring services, and testing cases.

• Configuring commercial off-the-shelf solutions to meet the evolving needs of the business.

• Developing impactful dashboards, logging, alerting, and responses to ensure issues are identified and resolved proactively.

• Engaging in learning activities centered around modern software design, machine learning, and core development practices.

• Monitoring tools and engaging in discussions to promote collaboration among product teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning Engineering, or Software Engineering.

• Strong proficiency in Python development and modern software engineering methodologies.

• Demonstrated experience in building and deploying production-grade AI solutions utilizing LLMs, SLMs, RAG frameworks, copilots, agents, and multi-agent systems.

• Comprehensive understanding of AI/ML foundations, encompassing transformers, embeddings, deep learning, prompt engineering, agentic reasoning patterns, and vector databases.

• Experience in developing orchestration layers (task execution, routing, planning, workflows) and seamlessly integrating AI solutions with enterprise platforms, APIs, and business systems.

• Expertise in cloud-native architectures, containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes/GKE), and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform).

• Practical implementation of MLOps/LLMOps best practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, model versioning and registries, governance, compliance, and security.

• Experience in constructing automated CI/CD pipelines for AI/agentic systems, implementing progressive rollout strategies (canary, blue-green, and shadow deployments) with automated rollback.
