Solutions Manager, Financial Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Cultivate relationships with prospective Financial Services partners through a consultative approach to identify challenges and deliver customized solutions.

• Establish and nurture connections with key stakeholders within potential and current partner organizations.

• Clearly communicate the value of the Signifyd platform to operational teams and executive leadership.

• Gain insights into payments, e-commerce, and fraud prevention, including the related technology.

• Represent Signifyd at industry conferences, partner gatherings, and client meetings.

• Bridge business development and technical teams by converting client requirements into actionable deliverables and translating technical concepts into business benefits.

• Act as the main internal project manager for ongoing client engagements, coordinating efforts among Product, Engineering, Legal, and Business Development teams.

• Hold internal teams accountable to project timelines, identify risks, and drive resolution when deliverables are at stake.

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to communicate product roadmap timelines and integrate client deadlines into internal planning.

• Navigate legal and contracting processes to ensure timely execution of agreements and avoid delays in partnership launches.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in B2B financial services, e-commerce, payments, risk, or fraud — or in a related solutions, sales support, or technical implementation role.

• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects that involve multiple internal stakeholders, competing priorities, and tight external deadlines.

• Experience working with or within Product and Engineering teams, understanding product development cycles, and advocating for external commitments in internal planning processes.

• Familiarity with legal contracting processes in a B2B environment.

• Comfort operating at the intersection of business and technology; ability to engage in meaningful discussions with engineers and translate technical details for business audiences.

• Experience in defining technical requirements, from initial discovery through integration planning.

• Strong analytical skills with the capability to transform data into a compelling narrative.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in presenting to senior stakeholders.

• A natural problem-solver who is resourceful and comfortable working independently.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced setting and manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
