This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the technical subject matter expert for Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and Account Managers in relation to new business, renewals, expansions, and ongoing client engagements.
• Identify and scope expansion opportunities, custom configurations, and technical projects for current clients.
• Assist client web and development teams in implementing Wayvia solutions on brand websites using JavaScript embeds, tags, pixels, and APIs.
• Validate implementations and resolve technical issues in collaboration with Implementation and Support teams.
• Lead discussions for requirement-gathering, discovery, and data transfer.
• Align client requirements with Wayvia's capabilities and uncover innovative applications for Wayvia solutions and data.
• Provide customized product demonstrations and technical architecture presentations to enterprise audiences.
• Support RFI/RFP submissions and technical vendor evaluations.
• Communicate client feedback to the Product team throughout sales, renewal, and growth phases.
• Ensure smooth transitions to Implementation and Support teams.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation as products and processes evolve.
• 2–5 years of experience in customer-facing technical roles (such as solutions engineering, sales engineering, solutions consulting, technical account management, or implementation), ideally in a SaaS environment.
• Practical experience with website technologies—JavaScript, HTML, CSS, CDNs, and APIs—including the ability to read, debug, and troubleshoot front-end code using browser developer tools.
• Experience in supporting enterprise clients both before and after sales, including identifying expansion opportunities and managing technical projects within existing accounts.
• Capability to articulate technical concepts and systems in a clear manner to non-technical audiences.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills along with strong presentation abilities, both in person and in virtual settings.
• Proactive and self-motivated, able to prioritize competing requests from Sales and Customer Success while driving results with minimal oversight.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a talent for storytelling.
• Familiarity with tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager) and tracking pixel implementation.
• Knowledge of website analytics, digital marketing technologies, or SEO.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Looker, Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau, along with relational database or SQL experience.
• Experience in digital shelf management, digital merchandising, content syndication, or retail media.
• Background in eCommerce, retail technology, or commerce intelligence.
