Solutions Engineer – Endpoint

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Create and present product demonstrations along with sales pitches

• Match customer requirements with Palo Alto Networks' endpoint security offerings

• Organize and carry out proof-of-concept evaluations

• Highlight the value and unique features of Palo Alto Networks to secure technical victories

• Record customer interactions within Salesforce

• Offer insights to product management to guide product strategy

• Foster customer trust through expertise in endpoint and user security

• Speak and promote at trade shows and customer gatherings

• Collaborate closely with the sales team, prospective clients, and existing customers

• Demonstrate product value through demos, presentations, meetings, and POCs

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of extensive working knowledge of at least 2 of the following workstation/server operating systems: Windows, MacOS, and Linux

• Previous experience primarily with endpoint/workstation products or solutions in a sales role

• Practical experience with endpoint and identity management technologies, including Active Directory, Intune, SCCM/MECM, and Jamf

• Experience in endpoint troubleshooting

• Excellent presentation abilities and a professional appearance

• Capability to explain complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Comprehension of security concepts and the creation of security roles that meet functional, technical, and regulatory needs

• Capacity to foresee risks and create solutions in real-time

• Demonstrated ability to conduct technical discovery, design solutions, provide demonstrations, respond to RFPs, and support intricate sales opportunities

• Willingness to travel as required, under 30%

• Preferably experienced in enterprise-scale sales cycles

• Familiarity with REST APIs using scripts or no-code/low-code platforms
