⛳️ Requirements

• Outstanding Communication Abilities – Impeccable written English and confident verbal communication skills.

• Strong Development Experience (4–6+ years) – Background as a web or full-stack developer with practical coding skills.

• Client Interaction Experience (4–5+ years) – Comfortable leading technical discussions with executives and revenue leaders.

• Strategic Thinker – Naturally develops multiple solution options before selecting the most effective one.

• U.S. Time Zone Experience – Established history of working full-time with U.S.-based teams during U.S. hours (PST alignment necessary).

• Leadership Experience – Involvement in mentoring, project leadership, or serving as a technical lead.

• Advanced HubSpot CMS Proficiency – Extensive experience with Hubl, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and HubSpot customization.
