Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with our account executives to understand client requirements and demonstrate how Storyblok can provide value to our enterprise prospects.

• Conduct product demonstrations and technical deep dives customized for various stakeholder groups, including both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Develop and deliver technical proposals, diagrams, and proof-of-concept solutions, along with sample applications, prototypes, and code samples to highlight the capabilities and versatility of Storyblok.

• Serve as a subject matter expert in the headless content management domain, offering clients guidance on best practices, integration strategies, and optimization opportunities.

• Contribute to enhancing the knowledge and skills of Storyblok’s implementation partners.

• Facilitate client onboarding sessions and assist in transferring knowledge to customer success teams after the sale.

• Collaborate closely with our product team to relay client feedback and advocate for feature improvements.

• Represent Storyblok at industry events, webinars, and customer forums.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or a comparable role within a B2B SaaS organization.

• Previous experience as a web developer or software engineer.

• Knowledge of enterprise software ecosystems and integration methodologies.

• Demonstrated ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Strong presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience with monolithic/traditional CMS (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore, Adobe AEM) is a plus.

• Proficient command of the English language.
