Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Engage with customers to gain insights into their business and technical needs.

• Create and present technical materials, such as presentations, demonstrations, evaluations, workshops, and proofs-of-concept.

• Act as a technical authority and consultant for our customers regarding our product and related technologies, including Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, DevOps, VCS, and various Cloud providers.

• Commit to continuous learning to remain informed about our product, competitors, emerging technologies, and industry trends.

• Work in tandem with the Product team to convert customer business requirements into technical solutions and new product specifications.

• Assist with booth responsibilities and engage with prospects and customers during conferences.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or in a comparable role.

• Practical experience and a moderate understanding of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, AWS CloudFormation), CI/CD, VCS, and DevOps (Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible) technologies, along with their related concepts, tools, and best practices.

• Practical experience with one or more of the leading Cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Relevant certifications are advantageous.

• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

• Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.

• Experience in software development is a plus.
