This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• The Engagement Manager (EM) drives strategic customer interactions by connecting relevant stakeholders, clarifying decisions, and overseeing all dimensions of project advancement.
• You will collaborate closely with project delivery managers, Solution Architects, Sales, OEM/SI partners, Operations, NVIDIA customer support, and NVIS leadership to ensure customers perceive NVIDIA as a unified team.
• Oversee account coordination from initial planning through to system deployment, support transition, and day-2 preparedness, while maintaining clarity on priorities, ownership, and subsequent steps.
• Generate succinct updates featuring RAG status, an executive summary, delivery progress, primary risks, outstanding actions, and strategies to achieve a green status.
• Facilitate rapid resolution of critical P0/P1 blockers and significant customer, delivery, commercial, or operational risks with well-defined recommended actions.
• Align project scope and commercial agreements with Sales and Solution Architecture, including support packages, software licensing, and expectations for professional services.
• Offer clear technical guidelines for essential customer requirements.
• Over 10 years of comprehensive experience in customer-facing coordination, engagement leadership, technical delivery, accelerated computing systems, extensive infrastructure, or enterprise cloud programs, including interactions with executive customer audiences.
• A BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven track record in guiding cross-functional teams within matrixed organizations and ensuring accountability for commitments.
• Experience in creating structured executive updates that include RAG views, risk registers, action trackers, delivery plans, and summaries for VP-level review.
• Strong practice in managing risks, issues, changes, and blocker resolutions while maintaining strategic oversight and operational awareness without engaging in daily execution.
• Exceptional communication, partner management, and influencing abilities, with technical expertise in data center systems, AI platforms, networking, compute, storage, or cloud-scale initiatives.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and support occasional weekend work as necessary for critical customer deployments, site events, or urgent issue resolution.
