This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Oversee the implementation of intricate, high-value projects for enterprise clients, managing multiple client engagements simultaneously.
• Hold full responsibility for budgets, timelines, project scope, and quality commitments for each engagement.
• Coordinate and lead internal teams, third-party vendors, and partner organizations within complex global delivery frameworks.
• Establish deliverables, define roles, and outline responsibilities across project teams while providing coaching and support to Engagement Managers.
• Monitor and evaluate project scope, schedule, and financial performance across all engagements.
• Make independent commercial decisions regarding change orders and scope modifications.
• Navigate escalations and intricate client situations while interacting with executive-level stakeholders.
• Cultivate and sustain trusted advisor relationships with client executive stakeholders.
• Advocate for Intapp’s delivery methodology and uphold data quality standards.
• A minimum of 8 years of demonstrated experience in a Project Manager or Engagement Manager position focused on delivering enterprise cloud software implementations.
• At least 3 years of experience managing high-complexity, high-value projects within the legal, financial, or professional services industries.
• Profound understanding of enterprise cloud software delivery, SaaS implementation methodologies, and complex integrations.
• Capability to advise clients and internal teams regarding delivery strategies and architectural trade-offs.
• Proven ability to lead and influence large, distributed, matrixed teams without direct authority.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Strong attention to detail complemented by analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in collaborating with large and diverse virtual matrixed teams.
• Capacity to thrive under pressure and manage conflict without confrontation.
• Familiarity with project management practices and tools for creating, managing, and tracking project performance.
• Outstanding client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.
• Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Experienced user of the MS Office suite.
• Preferred Qualifications: PMP, Agile, or other relevant project management certifications.
• Experience in legal, accounting, consulting, risk, compliance, or other professional services organizations is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Intapp’s product suite or similar professional services software platforms is strongly preferred.
