This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

• Conduct live demonstrations and provide technical walkthroughs of the Qargo platform.

• Tailor demo environments to align with the specific workflows of each prospect.

• Assist Business Development Managers (BDMs) by assessing technical compatibility and offering solution mapping.

• Convert customer requirements into precise input for our Product team.

• Keep sales teams informed about roadmap updates and forthcoming features.

• Collaborate across departments with Product and Engineering to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Occasionally travel for on-site demonstrations and client meetings.

• Located in France, with fluency in both English and French.

• Over 3 years of relevant experience in a customer-facing position (such as support, onboarding, consulting, pre-sales, or similar).

• Experience in the transport or logistics industry, with an understanding of its daily operations.

• Proficient in communicating with both technical and commercial stakeholders.

• Possess a strong analytical mindset, be a quick learner, and take a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

• Familiarity with CRM systems (such as HubSpot) and demo tools is advantageous.

• Experience in a SaaS environment is a plus, although not mandatory.
