Senior Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Develop and expand a solutions engineering function to enhance sales and improve customer outcomes.

• Manage executive relationships with essential customers and internal stakeholders, taking responsibility for:

• Contribute to a structured solutions engineering enablement and competency program.

• Participate in the operational framework to effectively manage and grow solutions engineering.

• Assist in defining product lines and go-to-market strategies for Remote build.

• Design and implement workflows for AI agents.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in establishing and leading a solutions engineering (or similar) function, encompassing hiring, onboarding, and performance management.

• Strong skills in managing executive stakeholders (both internal and external), with a proven ability to drive results through influence.

• Exceptional cross-functional leadership and operational discipline: capable of transforming vague objectives into standardized processes.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, including the skill to convert technical information into executive-level narratives.

• Practical experience in designing, building, and deploying AI agent workflows (or related automation/orchestration systems), with a realistic perspective on safety, evaluation, and iteration.

• Industry experience in HRTech, payroll, HCM, or related fields.
