Senior Solutions Engineer, DACH

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products to effectively address the diverse challenges that our customers may face.

• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to conduct discovery focused on business value.

• Create and present engaging product demonstrations that highlight business value and outcomes.

• Build deep and trusting relationships with key stakeholders (including senior leaders) within the customer's organization, especially in IT, Procurement, Security, Legal, and Compliance.

• Work in tandem with cross-functional teams in Security & Compliance, Product Management, Engineering, and Legal to respond to RFPs and Security Questionnaires.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7 years of experience in solutions/sales engineering and technical implementation.

• Comfortable working primarily in Central European Time (CET) and willing to travel occasionally within EMEA for important customer engagements.

• Fluent (C1/C2 or native-level) in German and professional-level English, capable of confidently leading discovery sessions, delivering product demonstrations, and managing technical, security, and compliance discussions in both languages.

• Outstanding written communication skills with a keen attention to detail, especially when creating technical documentation, RFP responses, and security questionnaires.

• Profound understanding of how SaaS products are designed, developed, and implemented, along with experience advising customers on integrations and RESTful APIs.

• Experience navigating enterprise security, compliance, and legal environments, including familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as GDPR and other data protection standards, as well as systems related to user lifecycle management, data retention, eDiscovery, auditing, and monitoring.
