Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a technical liaison for developers, exchanges, and wallet partners integrating with Ondo products.

• Offer hands-on assistance to partners regarding minting, redemption, and integration processes for tokenized stocks and RWAs.

• Develop resources for developers, including documentation, tutorials, code examples, and FAQ guides.

• Cultivate and enhance Ondo’s developer visibility within the US.

• Collect feedback from partners and developers; communicate insights to product and engineering teams.

• Collaborate across various departments such as engineering, product, business development, and operations to guarantee a smooth partner experience.

• Represent Ondo at regional hackathons, conferences, and community events as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Solutions Engineering or a related field (Developer Relations, Developer Support). Web3 experience is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of crypto infrastructure, particularly self-custodial wallets, exchanges, and API integrations.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capacity to work autonomously and excel in a distributed, multicultural team across various time zones.

• Technical expertise (software engineering background is preferred) — able to comprehend code, troubleshoot integration challenges, and communicate effectively with engineers.

• Familiarity with tokenized assets, RWAs, or DeFi protocols is an advantage.
