Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Sales Directors to secure technically intricate enterprise contracts.

• Conduct technical discovery to grasp the customer's AI ecosystem, data infrastructure, security needs, and deployment limitations.

• Create the integration and deployment architecture tailored to each customer's environment, whether cloud-based or on-premise.

• Oversee and manage pilot projects from start to finish, including technical setup, regular check-ins, and showcasing value.

• Develop the technical business justification that transitions a pilot into a formal contract.

• Maintain the technical relationship with customers following contract signing.

• Track adoption, proactively identify risks, and collaborate with customers to enhance usage and value realization.

• Discover and cultivate expansion opportunities in partnership with the Sales team.

• Relay customer feedback and product deficiencies to the engineering and product management teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in roles such as Solution Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Technical Account Manager within a B2B SaaS context.

• Strong understanding of enterprise observability, monitoring, or analytics infrastructure.

• Experience with enterprise AI or data infrastructure is advantageous.

• Proficient in designing and discussing deployment architectures for both cloud and on-premise solutions with senior technical stakeholders.

• Possess strong commercial acumen.

• Exceptional communication skills: able to articulate complex technical ideas to a CIO while also delving into infrastructure specifics with a DevOps team on the same day.

• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional European languages is a significant advantage.

• Compensation: €80-120k OTE + equity.
