Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary authority on product knowledge and serve as a technical resource for the Neat sales teams and partner network.

• Collaborate with the Neat Solution Engineering team alongside sales and/or partner representatives.

• Provide support to multiple Neat sales representatives during customer engagements.

• Represent the product development team to both customers and partners.

• Gather and address customer feedback and requests for new features.

• Play a crucial role in showcasing the ‘wow-factor’ of Neat to team members and the wider community.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in native Italian and business-level English is essential.

• Additional European languages (Spanish / French) are highly preferred.

• A solid professional background in videoconferencing and commercial audio-visual technologies is required.

• A broader understanding of unified communications and collaboration technologies (such as web conferencing, IP telephony, etc.) is advantageous.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills are strongly desirable.
