Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive evaluations of current workflows to pinpoint inefficiencies and develop innovative solutions using the MASV platform.

• Partner with integration collaborators to design workflows that elevate customer success to unprecedented levels.

• Acquire mastery of cloud and on-premises technologies utilized by Media and Entertainment professionals to guarantee flawless workflow integration.

• Generate technical content to explore opportunities in new markets and applications within AI Data Pipelines, Health Sciences, Marketing, Geospatial, mining, and beyond.

• Offer expert thought leadership and engage in public speaking to address emerging trends in workflow technology.

• Educate customers, partners, and employees on the MASV API, developer toolkit, and MASV applications to empower them in creating tailored workflows.

• Establish integration priorities for the MASV product team by collaborating closely with Customer Success, Partner teams, and Sales to highlight workflows with significant data throughput potential.

• Foster financial success by supporting customers and nurturing authentic, long-lasting relationships built on trust.

• Proven expertise in workflow engineering, process optimization, and cloud/on-prem technologies within the Media and Entertainment sector.

• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with partners, technology providers, and customers.

• Capability to lead cross-functional teams in implementing efficient workflows.

• Enthusiasm for keeping up with industry trends and sharing insights through thought leadership.

• Self-driven with a passion for innovation and a desire to shape the role to meet organizational goals.
