Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Participate in calls alongside Account Executives to conduct technical demonstrations.

• Execute in-depth technical analyses and create customized ROI scenarios.

• Oversee customer onboarding processes during the initial 4 to 8 weeks.

• Develop extensive knowledge of the Luminovo platform and the electronics manufacturing sector.

• Identify implementation risks at an early stage.

• Deliver prioritized insights to the Product team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Familiarity with the electronics manufacturing industry.

• Technical background; a degree in a scientific or engineering discipline is advantageous.

• Entry-level candidate, eager, and motivated to advance.

• Ability to quickly learn and adapt across various modules.

• Capable of engaging in technical discussions with industry professionals.

• Legally permitted to work in the US (as a citizen or permanent resident).
