Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Client Launch Managers to execute Included Health services for major and strategic clients.

• Work alongside internal Engineering teams on customization requests and technical enhancements.

• Act as a technical liaison between clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and implementation.

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, pinpointing root causes and providing efficient solutions.

• Engage in customer calls and technical discussions with clients and their vendors.

• Contribute to continuous process and systems enhancements within the Solutions Engineering team.

• Share best practices and insights to foster team development and project success.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years in a Solutions Engineering role or a similar position that combines technical and programming expertise while interacting with both internal and external clients.

• A strong technical foundation, with proficiency in SQL.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to articulate complex subjects to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, and client stakeholders.

• Capability to juggle multiple projects within a dynamic, fast-paced, and remote work setting.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
